Terms of Service

These terms apply to all orders placed with Power Made Simple ([bedrijfsnaam + adres]).

Products & pricing All prices are shown in euros and include IVA (23%). We aim to describe our products accurately; specifications may be updated as manufacturers change them. An order is a request to buy; the contract is formed when we confirm it.

Payment Payment is made securely at checkout via Mollie. Orders are processed once payment is received.

Delivery & installation Delivery terms are set out in our Shipping Policy. Installation is a separate service carried out by our partner installer in the Algarve and is arranged and quoted individually; it is not automatically included in the product price unless expressly stated.

Warranty Products carry the manufacturer's warranty and your statutory rights as a consumer. Contact us for any warranty claim and we'll help arrange it.

Liability We're responsible for delivering products as described. We're not liable for damage arising from incorrect installation by third parties not appointed by us, or from use outside the manufacturer's guidelines.
