🚚 Shipping

Free shipping, always. Shipping is included in the price of your system. You'll never pay extra at checkout.

Where we ship. We deliver throughout mainland Europe. For the Azores, Madeira, and other islands, please email us first, we'll check whether we can ship to your location.

Delivery time. Most orders arrive within 5–10 business days , depending on your location. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order ships.

How it arrives. Larger systems, batteries and solar panels, are delivered on a pallet by a freight carrier, who will contact you to arrange a delivery window.

🔧 Installation

Delivery and installation are separate. Would you like our installer in the Algarve to fit your system? Request a free consult and we'll arrange it for you.

↩️ Returns

14-day right to cancel. If you're an EU/EEA consumer, you can cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason.

Condition. To be returnable, the product must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging with all accessories and documentation.

Already installed? Once a system has been installed, connected, or used, it can no longer be returned, as this reduces its value beyond normal inspection.

Return shipping. Return shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility (unless the item arrived faulty). Given the value and weight, we recommend an insured, trackable service.

How to start. Email info@powermadesimple.com with your order number first. Please don't ship anything back before we confirm the return.

🛡️ Damaged or faulty on arrival

Please inspect your delivery on arrival. If anything is damaged, faulty, or incorrect, email us within 48 hours with photos. We'll arrange a repair, replacement, or full refund at no cost to you.

💶 Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we'll let you know whether your refund is approved. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 14 days. Please allow a little extra time for your bank to post the refund.
