This policy explains how Power Made Simple collects, uses, and protects your personal data, in line with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

What we collect When you place an order or contact us, we collect your name, delivery and billing address, email, phone number, and order details. Payments are processed securely by Mollie; we do not store your card details.

Why we use it To process and deliver your order, arrange installation where applicable, provide customer support, comply with legal and tax obligations, and prevent fraud. Our legal bases are performance of our contract with you, our legitimate interests in running the business, and compliance with legal obligations.

Who we share it with Only as needed to fulfil your order: our supplier and logistics partner (4BLUE), our payment provider (Mollie), shipping carriers, and our installer for scheduling where you request installation. We never sell your data or use it for unsolicited marketing.

Retention We keep your data as long as needed to fulfil your order and meet our legal and accounting obligations, then delete it.
