Shipping Policy

Power Made Simple delivers throughout mainland Europe. For delivery to the Azores, Madeira, or other islands, please contact us at info@powermadesimple.com to check availability.

Delivery times Most products are delivered within 5–10 business days, depending on your location. Larger systems or custom configurations may take longer. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.

Shipping costs Shipping is included in the price of your system — you'll always see free shipping at checkout, with no extra delivery charges.

Delivery process Larger items such as battery systems and solar panels are delivered on a pallet via freight carrier. You will be contacted to arrange a delivery window.

Inspection upon delivery Please inspect your delivery upon arrival. If the packaging is visibly damaged, note it on the delivery receipt and contact us immediately at info@powermadesimple.com with photos of the damage. Claims for delivery damage must be reported within 48 hours of receipt.
