What it does
The AURA 5000 stores 5 kWh of electricity: enough to keep the important parts of your home running for most of a day when the grid goes down. It charges from the grid and from your existing solar, and switches to backup power in under a second when the power fails.

Two ways to run it
Out of the box, plug it in and get up to 800W of backup, with no electrician needed. For the full 2,500W, which lets you run more of your home at once, it connects to a dedicated circuit in your fuse box. That connection is done by a qualified electrician (see below).

Start with 5 kWh today. When you need more, add a second unit, up to 20 kWh, without reinstalling. (Stacked configuration available soon.)

Good to know
